Research themes
The research at the Swedish School of Social Science is based upon the school's six major subjects.
The research is further divided in four research themes:

The research activity in the prioritised research themes consists of larger research projects ranging from basic research to applied studies financed mainly by extern funds (e.g. Academy of Finland, EU etc.), and smaller projects, usually individual theses, also mainly financed by extern funds.
